East End Cottage availability 2006 / 2007

There is a charge for dogs staying at the cottage, which is £5 per night.  Maximum of 2 dogs at each stay.

Prices are inclusive of:

Electricity and Gas,Logs(1 basket) Welcome Grocery Pack including, Fresh Bread, Butter, Jams, Milk, Tea and Coffee. Towels are available for hire per week. All bed linen is provided.

A key deposit of £50 payable on arrival by cash or cheque to cover any breakages or any extra cleaning. This will be refunded following your stay if none of the items mentioned are applicable.

Payment: A 50% deposit shall be payable on booking. The balance shall be payable 6 weeks before commencement of rental, for bookings made less than 4 weeks before commencement the total fee is payable.

Cancellation: Any cancellation made by the guest for whatever reason shall be in writing and addressed to 3 Manor Barns, Little Weighton, HU20 3UA.On receipt of the notice of cancellation we will endeavour to re-let the cottage for the period of the booking. If East End Cottage succeeds in re-letting the cottage for the whole period it shall refund all monies paid less an administrative charge of £25.00.If we are unable to let the cottage then all monies shall be forfeited. We strongly recommend clients to take out cancellation insurance.

Pets by prior arrangement with a charge of £5 per night.

This is a strictly non smoking cottage. Smoking will be charged as extra cleaning.
